The Marketing Division of Robert Half International is looking to recruit an high class ECommerce Manager for a well known and profitable business based in Northamptonshire.
The Role
As the ECommerce manager for this leading European Online business, they are seeking a first class marketing manager with experience of driving product sales through a competitive Online channel. A leader in its field, they have forecast substantial growth for 2012/2013.Managing a team of Online marketing professionals, you'll be entrepreneurial in your approach, creative in your ideas and looking to use your skills to share responsibility for growing market share across the UK. As part of the senior management team in the UK, youll work closely with a range of stakeholders to understand market trends, current product success, customer behaviours, customer retention and conversion and increasing brand awareness across the UK through Online and off line campaigns.Your day to day role will be to operate in a very successful Online marketing space, encompassing the entire marketing mix. Youll take full responsibility for targeting the right segment of customers through the correct channels to deliver successful campaigns. Youll execute customer acquisition campaigns, while remaining fully focused on a passionate and existing customer fan base where customer retention is key through information offering, product quality and competitive pricing strategy.This is a an excellent opportunity to work for a leader in their field using a full range of skills to grow and develop a brand and product range within the Online environment.Inclusive of the above, you must have the drive, passion and proven ability to drive traffic and sales through the Online channel.
